For years, I lived with pain that I couldn’t explain.

Constant stomach issues, fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and feeling sick became my normal. Doctor after doctor, test after test, I still didn’t have the answers I was searching for. I wasn’t diagnosed with celiac disease, but I knew something wasn’t right.

Finally, I decided to try living gluten-free.

It wasn’t an overnight miracle, but little by little, I started feeling like myself again. The pain eased. My energy returned. The daily struggles I’d accepted as “normal” began to disappear. It changed my life.

There was just one problem…

I missed walking into a bakery.

I missed the smell of fresh pastries, the excitement of choosing a sweet treat, and the simple joy of knowing there would be something delicious waiting for me. Too often, gluten-free desserts felt like an afterthought—dry, flavorless, or unavailable altogether.

That’s why I created Amazin Glazin Pastry & Coffee House.

My dream is to build a bakery where no one feels left out. A place where gluten-free guests have exciting choices instead of settling, while everyone else enjoys handcrafted pastries, specialty coffee, and custom cakes made with the same passion and care.
